OUR Approach
Our methodology centers on a strengths-based, shame-free approach that helps congregations recognize their unique potential and expand their community impact.
Building On What's Working
You already have incredible gifts within your congregation: committed people, meaningful traditions, and strengths worth amplifying. Rather than focusing on what's missing, we help you identify and build upon what's already working. This positive, asset-based approach creates authentic growth rooted in who you truly are as a community.
No One Size Fits All
Your congregation has its own story, culture, and calling, and that's something to celebrate. We recognize that cookie-cutter strategies don't honor the beautiful diversity of faith communities. That's why we customize every engagement to meet you exactly where you are, respecting your context, values, and vision for ministry.
Simple and Sustainable
The most transformative solutions are often the simplest ones. We partner with your church to develop strategies that energize rather than exhaust, approaches that empower your community instead of overwhelming your volunteers and staff. Our goal is creating momentum you can maintain for the long haul, not adding to your already full plate.

Perspective and support from a Gen Z Laity and a Millennial Pastor

Thaddeus Sieverding
Founder of FaithMesh.io
Thaddeus Sieverding is the founder of FaithMesh.io, where he specializes in helping mainline churches navigate the complexities of digital ministry and strategic communications. His call to lay ministry began while working as Communications, Technology, and Events Specialist for the New Hampshire Conference of the United Church of Christ, where he supported congregations across the state and witnessed how many churches struggled to communicate their message in an ever-growing, technology-centric world.
Thaddeus is an active member of the UCC. He has spent a summer working at Horton Center, a UCC camp in New Hampshire, and continues to volunteer as a counselor, sharing his love of the outdoors and faith formation with young people. He has served as a delegate at two UCC General Synods and serves on the Committee of Church Empowerment in the Granite State Association.
Thaddeus is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing at the University of New Hampshire's Paul College. As a Gen Z laity working in church spaces, he understands the digital landscape that younger generations navigate daily and helps churches translate their timeless message into formats that resonate with modern audiences. In his free time, you'll find him on the streets of Durham catching an early morning run.

Frequently asked Questions
We want to make sure you have all the facts.
We start with a discovery conversation to understand your church's unique context, goals, and challenges. From there, we develop a customized plan that fits your needs and capacity. Throughout our engagement, we work collaboratively with your leadership, providing guidance, resources, and support while respecting your church's autonomy and decision-making.
We bring a strengths-based, no-shame approach to church consulting. Rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions, we customize our work to meet you where you are. Our perspectives as young ministry professionals gives us unique insights that can prepare your church for new generations of ministry.
We work with congregations of all sizes, from small rural churches, suburban neighborhoods, and larger urban communities. Our approach is designed to be sustainable regardless of your staff size or volunteer capacity. We're especially passionate about helping churches with limited resources maximize their impact.
That's completely normal, and a great place to start. Many churches know something isn't working but aren't sure what the solution is. Book a call and we'll help identify both the challenges you're facing and the strengths you can build on. We'll work together to clarify your goals and create a path forward.
We're here for you beyond the initial engagement. Many churches find it helpful to schedule periodic check-ins or reach out with questions as they implement new strategies. We offer flexible follow-up options, from one-off consulting calls to ongoing support arrangements, depending on what your congregation needs. Follow-up consulting includes an initial engagement fee of $150, then $50 per hour for one consultant or $100 per hour if you'd like to work with both of us. Our goal is to equip you for long-term success, and we're always happy to be a resource as you continue to grow.
We specialize in working with Mainline Protestant congregations. This includes United Church of Christ, United Methodist Church, Lutheran Church (ELCA), Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). We also work with community churches and independent congregations.
We are based out of the greater Boston area and service New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. We are happy to work with churches outside of our service area and may need to charge an additional travel fee.
Results vary based on your goals, but churches we work with often see increased engagement, clearer messaging, more effective digital presence, and renewed energy around their mission. Most importantly, you'll gain practical tools and strategies you can sustain long after our engagement ends.
Simple! Book a call or email us directly. We'll schedule a no-pressure conversation to learn about your church and explore whether we're a good fit. There's no obligation, just an opportunity to discuss your goals and how we might support them. We're excited to connect!
