These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FaithMesh.io platform, including our website (https://www.faithmesh.io/), community forums, member profiles, blogs, and related services. By using FaithMesh.io, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Boost Canvas LLC, doing business as FaithMesh.io (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including individuals who browse, participate in forums, create member profiles, view job listings, or engage with any other features and services provided by the Platform.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES IMPORTANT PROVISIONS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES IN SECTION 18, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN SECTION 19, INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS IN SECTION 20, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE IN SECTION 21 THAT INCLUDES AN AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH NEGOTIATION OR LEGAL ACTION IN DESIGNATED JURISDICTIONS, WITH WAIVERS OF CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

   By creating an account, accessing, or using our website, or by using our services, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that:

   1. You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any future updates and additions to these Terms, as published from time to time at the website.

   2. You are of sound mind, at least 18 years in age, and otherwise competent to form a binding contract with us.

   3. We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.

   4. You have read, understood, and consented to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. DEFINITIONS

   For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

   1. Account: The personal profile created by a user on FaithMesh.io to access certain features and services of the Platform, such as posting in forums, applying for verification, and managing user preferences.

   2. Author: A user who creates and publishes written, visual, or multimedia content on FaithMesh.io, including blog posts, articles, or forum posts.

   3. Badge: A visual identifier assigned to a user’s profile to indicate verification or a special designation, such as "Verified User" or "Content Expert".

   4. Candidate: A user who accesses job listings on the Platform to view, inquire about, or apply for positions posted by employers.

   5. Community Forum: The discussion area on FaithMesh.io where users can post, comment, and interact with other members on various topics.

   6. Content: Any text, images, videos, links, or other materials uploaded, posted, shared, or otherwise made available by users on the Platform.

   7. FaithMesh.io: The website, services, and platform operated by Boost Canvas LLC, doing business as FaithMesh.io, including but not limited to its community forum, job listings, resources, and digital store.

   8. Job Listing: A position posted by an employer on the Platform to attract candidates for employment opportunities, subject to review and approval by the Platform administrators.

   9. Member Profile: A personalized account created by a user that displays their information, activities, and participation on the Platform.

   10. Moderator: An individual or team of the Boost Canvas LLC responsible for overseeing and enforcing the rules of the community forum, ensuring compliance with these Terms, and maintaining a respectful environment.

   11. Payment Fees: The fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for facilitating financial transactions on the Platform, including tips and verification payments.

   12. Platform: FaithMesh.io, including all websites, services, applications, and related features operated by Boost Canvas LLC.

   13. Tips: Voluntary monetary contributions made by users to authors on the Platform to support their content, subject to processing fees.

   14. User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, including authors, candidates, and forum participants, but excluding employers who are subject to separate terms.

   15. Verification: The process of confirming a user’s identity or credentials through the Stripe Identity API or other means as determined by FaithMesh.io. Successful verification may result in a badge or other privileges.

   16. Wix Studio: The third-party hosting and service provider that stores data and facilitates the operation of the Platform.

   17. Website: Refers to https://www.faithmesh.io/.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

   1. Account Creation and Registration: To access certain features of FaithMesh.io, such as participating in the community forum or applying for verification, users must create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and other details as specified.

   2. Social Media Login: You can create an account or log in using your Google or Facebook account. By doing so, you grant FaithMesh.io permission to access certain information from your social media profile, as governed by the respective platform’s terms and privacy policies.

   3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at success@faithmesh.io.

   4. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account. Failing to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

   5. Account Restrictions: Each user may only create one account unless explicitly authorized by FaithMesh.io. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

   6. Account Termination: You can request to delete your account at any time by contacting us at success@faithmesh.io. Upon account deletion, most of your data will be removed from our active systems, but certain information (e.g., transaction records) may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.

   7. Prohibited Use of Accounts: You must not use your account to impersonate others, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any of these Terms. Misuse of your account may result in suspension or permanent ban from the Platform.

   8. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be deactivated.

4. VERIFICATION PROCESS

   1. Overview of Verification: FaithMesh.io provides a verification process for users who wish to obtain a verification badge on their profile. This process confirms a user’s identity and establishes trust within the community. Verification is optional but may grant users additional privileges or recognition on the Platform.

   2. Verification Criteria: To apply for verification, users must meet specific criteria, including being at least 18 years old, providing a government-issued ID for identity confirmation, and submitting any additional documents or information required for specific badges, such as "Content Expert" or "Clergy".

   3. Verification Procedure: The verification process is conducted through Stripe Identity API. Users must submit their application via the designated form on FaithMesh.io, follow the instructions provided to upload their government-issued ID and other required details, and await confirmation of their verification status once the process is complete.

   4. Badge Assignment: Successfully verified users will be assigned a visible badge on their profile, such as "Verified User" or other designations based on specific qualifications. These badges are non-transferable and remain the property of FaithMesh.io.

   5. Verification Fee: A non-refundable fee of $5 applies for the verification process. If verification cannot be completed for any reason, users may contact support at success@faithmesh.io to request a partial refund of 50% of the fee.

   6. Special Verifications: For certain badges, such as "Content Expert" or "Clergy", users may need to undergo additional review. These special verifications may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of applications and the complexity of the review process.

   7. Privacy and Data Handling: FaithMesh.io does not store user IDs, photos, or sensitive data submitted during verification. The verification status is the only data retained by the Platform, with all other information securely managed by Stripe Identity in accordance with its privacy policies.

   8. Denial of Verification: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to deny verification to users who fail to meet the required criteria or provide insufficient or invalid documentation. Users whose verification is denied may reapply after addressing the issues raised.

   9. Revocation of Verification: Verification badges may be revoked if a user is found to have provided false or misleading information during the verification process or violates the Platform’s Terms of Service. In such cases, the verification fee will not be refunded.

   10. Limitations of Verification: Verification confirms only the identity of the user or their qualifications for specific badges. It does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or approval by FaithMesh.io for any content posted or actions taken by the user on the Platform.

5. ALLOWED USES OF THE PLATFORM

   1. Personal and Non-Commercial Use: FaithMesh.io is intended for personal and non-commercial use by individual users. You may access the Platform to participate in community forums, view job listings, support authors through tips, and utilize available resources in accordance with these Terms.

   2. Engagement with Community Features: Users are encouraged to participate in community forums, post constructive comments, and share knowledge or experiences in a respectful and meaningful way. Contributions should align with the Platform’s mission of fostering a positive and faith-centered environment.

   3. Access to Job Listings: Candidates may access job listings to review employment opportunities and directly contact employers using the information provided in the listing. Users must use this feature responsibly and solely for legitimate job-seeking purposes.

   4. Purchasing and Using Digital Resources: Users may purchase and download digital templates and resources offered on the Platform. These resources are licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold in any form without express written permission from FaithMesh.io.

   5. Verification and Badge Display: Users may apply for verification and display their badge on their profile once verified. Badges are for individual recognition and may not be used to misrepresent endorsement or affiliation with FaithMesh.io.

   6. Tipping Authors: Users may support authors through tips, which are voluntary and intended to encourage content creation. Tips must be provided in good faith and are not to be used for solicitation or any other unauthorized purpose.

   7. Interaction with Events and Workshops: Users may register for events or workshops hosted through FaithMesh.io. Participation must comply with event-specific guidelines, and any refunds or cancellations will be governed by the applicable policies.

   8. Use of Platform Features: Users may explore other features, such as blog posts, articles, and resources, to gain knowledge or insights relevant to faith-based communities. Usage should remain within the bounds of these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

   9. Respect for Intellectual Property: Users are permitted to access and view content available on the Platform for informational and educational purposes. All intellectual property rights remain with FaithMesh.io or the respective content creators.

   10. Compliance with Terms: All activities on the Platform must comply with these Terms of Service and any additional policies or guidelines published by FaithMesh.io. Users are expected to act in good faith and respect the rights and well-being of others while using the Platform.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CANDIDATES

   1. Legitimate Job Seeking: Candidates are responsible for using the job listing feature solely for genuine job-seeking purposes. Misuse of this feature, such as spamming employers or submitting fraudulent inquiries, is strictly prohibited.

   2. Verification of Job Listings: While FaithMesh.io reviews job listings before publication, candidates are responsible for conducting their own due diligence to verify the legitimacy of the employers, roles, and offers. FaithMesh.io does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of the job listings.

   3. Respectful Communication with Employers: Candidates must communicate with employers professionally and respectfully. Harassment, inappropriate messages, or misuse of the contact information provided in job listings will not be tolerated.

   4. Compliance with Employer Requests: Candidates must comply with lawful and reasonable requests made by employers during the job application process, provided such requests align with applicable laws and do not breach these Terms.

   5. No Sharing of Employer Contact Details: Candidates must not share or misuse the contact information provided in job listings for purposes other than legitimate job applications.

   6. Follow-Up on Applications: Candidates are encouraged to follow up on applications responsibly and to respect employers’ time. Excessive or inappropriate follow-ups may lead to account restrictions.

   7. Responsibility for Documentation: Candidates must ensure that all application materials, such as resumes or cover letters, are accurate, lawful, and free from any misleading or false information.

   8. No Unlawful Discrimination: Candidates must not engage in discriminatory behaviour make any application decisions based on protected characteristics, such as race, religion, gender, or age, when interacting with employers or others.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES / RESTRICTIONS

   1. Unauthorized Use of the Platform: Users must not access or use the Platform in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Unauthorized activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data associated with FaithMesh.io.

   2. Misrepresentation: Users must not impersonate any person, entity, or organization, or misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or affiliations. This includes creating fake accounts or profiles.

   3. Harassment and Harmful Behaviour: Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, threats, or harm towards other users, FaithMesh.io staff, or third parties using the Platform.

   4. Spamming and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or spam to other users or third parties through the Platform is strictly prohibited.

   5. Posting Inappropriate or Illegal Content: Users must not post, upload, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others. This includes content that infringes intellectual property rights or promotes illegal activities.

   6. Exploitation of Platform Features: Users must not exploit or misuse any feature of the Platform, such as job listings, the tip feature, or verification badges, for purposes outside the intended scope of use.

   7. Tampering with the Platform: Users must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality, security, or performance of the Platform through hacking, malware, or any other means.

   8. Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Users are prohibited from using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, such as soliciting or advertising products, services, or events without prior approval from FaithMesh.io.

   9. Data Mining or Scraping: Users must not use automated tools, bots, or other methods to scrape, mine, or collect data from the Platform without explicit permission from FaithMesh.io.

   10. Breach of Privacy or Confidentiality: Users must not share or misuse private or confidential information obtained through the Platform, including employer contact details, user profiles, or job listings.

   11. Circumvention of Fees: Users are prohibited from circumventing or attempting to bypass any fees or charges associated with the Platform, including those for verification or tipping.

   12. Violation of Acceptable Use Policy: Users must adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy and any other specific rules outlined for the use of the Platform.

8. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES BY THE USERS

   1. Compliance with Laws: By using FaithMesh.io, you represent and warrant that your actions and use of the Platform comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. This includes adhering to any employment, privacy, and intellectual property laws relevant to your activities.

   2. Truthfulness of Information: You represent and warrant that all information you provide on the Platform, including during account creation, verification, or any other interaction, is accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date.

   3. Authority to Agree: You warrant that you are of legal age, have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

   4. Non-Infringement: You represent that any content you post or share on the Platform, such as forum contributions or job listings, does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.

   5. No Misuse of the Platform: You warrant that you will not engage in any activities that disrupt, harm, or misuse the Platform or its features, including attempts to exploit vulnerabilities or access unauthorized areas.

   6. No Fraudulent Behaviour: You represent that you will not use the Platform for any fraudulent purposes, including submitting false information, impersonating others, or engaging in deceptive practices.

   7. Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that your interactions on the Platform, including contacting employers, tipping authors, or participating in forums, are undertaken at your own risk. FaithMesh.io does not guarantee specific outcomes or the accuracy of information provided by other users.

   8. Responsibility for Devices and Access: You warrant that you are responsible for ensuring the security of the devices and internet connections you use to access the Platform and that your use does not introduce any harmful software to the Platform.

9. JOB LISTINGS

   1. Overview of Job Listings: FaithMesh.io provides a platform where candidates can explore job opportunities posted by various organizations. Job listings are curated and reviewed by the FaithMesh.io admin team before publication to ensure quality and relevance.

   2. Access to Job Listings: Candidates can view job listings without the need to create an account. Each listing includes details about the role, required qualifications, key responsibilities, compensation, and instructions on how to apply directly to the employer.

   3. Direct Communication with Employers: Job listings provide candidates with contact information, such as email addresses or links to external application portals, to directly communicate with employers. FaithMesh.io does not facilitate or mediate these communications.

   4. Personal Responsibility for Verification: Candidates are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence to verify the legitimacy of job listings, employers, and any offers made. FaithMesh.io does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or outcomes associated with any listing.

   5. Prohibited Use of Job Listings: Candidates must use job listings solely for genuine job-seeking purposes. Misusing employer contact information for purposes such as spamming, unsolicited advertising, or harassment is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or other actions.

   6. No Guarantee of Outcomes: FaithMesh.io does not guarantee that viewing or applying for a job listing will result in employment. Candidates are advised to approach job applications professionally and prepare adequately for any selection processes.

   7. Privacy of Application Information: FaithMesh.io does not collect or store any application materials, such as resumes or cover letters. Candidates share such materials directly with employers as instructed in the job listing.

   8. Disclaimers for Job Listings: FaithMesh.io is not liable for any misrepresentation, fraud, or other issues arising from job listings or interactions with employers. Candidates engage with job opportunities at their own discretion and risk.

10. DIGITAL TEMPLATES AND STORE TERMS

    1. Overview of Digital Templates and Store: FaithMesh.io offers a range of digital templates and resources designed to support faith-based organizations and individual users. These templates may include website designs, graphic design templates, and PDF documents, which are available for purchase through the Platform.

    2. Purchasing Digital Templates: Users can purchase templates directly from the FaithMesh.io store. Upon successful payment, buyers will receive instant access to the purchased templates via a download link or email confirmation.

    3. License for Use: All templates purchased from FaithMesh.io are licensed for personal or organizational use only. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates in accordance with these Terms. Templates may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or shared without the express written consent of FaithMesh.io.

    4. Prohibited Use of Templates: Users are strictly prohibited from:

       1. Altering the templates to remove any branding or copyright notices.

       2. Using the templates for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

       3. Sharing or distributing the templates with third parties who have not purchased a license.

    5. Ownership of Templates: All templates and digital resources offered on the Platform remain the intellectual property of FaithMesh.io. The purchase of a template grants a license to use but does not transfer ownership of the template or its underlying rights to the user.

    6. Termination of Template License: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to terminate the license for any template if a user violates these Terms. Upon termination, the user must delete all copies of the template and cease its use.

11. EVENTS

    1. Overview of Events: FaithMesh.io may host or promote events, workshops, and other gatherings aimed at empowering individuals and faith-based organizations. These events may be conducted online, in-person, or in a hybrid format, and participation is governed by these Terms.

    2. Registration for Events: Users can register for events through the FaithMesh.io Platform. Registration may require the creation of an account and payment of a registration fee, where applicable. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    3. Event Fees and Payment: Fees for events, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of registration. Payments must be completed through the FaithMesh.io payment system, and all fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in these Terms or event-specific policies.

    4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at its discretion. In such cases, users will receive a notification via email. For cancellations initiated by FaithMesh.io, registered users may be eligible for a partial or full refund, determined by FaithMesh.io on a case-by-case basis.

    5. Code of Conduct for Event Participation:

       1. Users are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during events, whether online or in-person.

       2. Disruptive, abusive, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

       3. Users must comply with any specific rules or guidelines provided by event organizers.

    6. Technical Requirements for Online Events: Users participating in online events are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection. FaithMesh.io is not liable for technical issues that prevent or disrupt participation.

    7. Changes to Event Details: FaithMesh.io may update event details, such as schedules, speakers, or venues, at its discretion.

    8. Privacy During Events: FaithMesh.io may record or photograph events for promotional or archival purposes. By participating, users consent to the use of their image, voice, or likeness in such recordings, unless they explicitly opt out by notifying FaithMesh.io prior to the event.

    9. Force Majeure: FaithMesh.io is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

12. TIP FEATURE TERMS

    1. Overview of Tip Feature: FaithMesh.io offers a tip feature that allows users to voluntarily support authors by sending monetary contributions (“tips”). This feature is designed to encourage and reward authors for their contributions to the Platform.

    2. Voluntary Nature of Tips: Tips are entirely voluntary and are not required for accessing or viewing content. Users may choose to tip authors as a gesture of appreciation for their work.

    3. Eligibility to Send Tips: Any user can send tips through the Platform without the need for an account.

    4. Eligibility to Receive Tips: Only authorized authors who have been curated by FaithMesh.io are eligible to receive tips. FaithMesh.io works closely with authors to ensure quality content and reserves the right to determine which users are eligible.

    5. Anonymity of Tippers: All tips are anonymous. Authors will not see the identity or personal information of the users who send tips, ensuring privacy for tippers.

    6. Processing of Tips: Tips are processed through FaithMesh.io’s payment system. FaithMesh.io does not take a percentage of the tip, and authors receive 100% of the tip amount after standard payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe.

    7. No Refunds for Tips: All tips are final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review their contribution amount carefully before confirming the transaction.

    8. Payment Fees: Payment processing fees are charged by third-party payment providers and vary depending on the payment method used. These fees are deducted from the tip amount before disbursement to the author.

    9. Prohibited Use of Tip Feature: Users must not use the tip feature for unlawful or inappropriate purposes, including money laundering, harassment, or attempts to solicit personal information from authors.

    10. FaithMesh.io’s Role in Tips: FaithMesh.io acts solely as a facilitator for tipping transactions and does not endorse or guarantee the content or actions of authors. Users tip at their own discretion and risk.

    11. Modifications to Tip Feature: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the tip feature at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect tips already completed.

13. CONTENT POSTING AND USAGE

    1. Overview of Content Posting: FaithMesh.io allows users to post, share, and engage with various types of content, including forum posts, comments, images, links, and multimedia.

    2. Ownership of User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of the content they post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant FaithMesh.io a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Platform’s operation, promotion, or improvement.

    3. Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from posting or sharing content that:

       1. Violates any laws or regulations.

       2. Is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

       3. Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

       4. Contains misleading or false information.

       5. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

       6. Contains malware, viruses, or harmful software.

       7. Solicits personal information or promotes unauthorized commercial activities.

    4. Moderation of Content: FaithMesh.io reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms, is deemed inappropriate, or does not align with the Platform’s mission. Users may report inappropriate content to the admin team at success@faithmesh.io.

    5. Responsibility for Posted Content: Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the Platform. FaithMesh.io is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-generated content.

    6. Respect for Intellectual Property: Users must ensure that any content they post, including text, images, or links, does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

    7. Use of Platform Content: Content posted on FaithMesh.io is for informational and community purposes. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content for commercial purposes without express permission from FaithMesh.io or the content owner.

    8. Grant of Rights to FaithMesh.io: By posting content, users grant FaithMesh.io the right to use their submissions in promotional materials, case studies, or other content related to the Platform’s activities. This does not limit the user’s ownership of the content.

14. FAITHMESH.IO OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

    1. Platform Ownership: All elements of FaithMesh.io, including the website design, code, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content created by or for FaithMesh.io, are the exclusive property of Boost Canvas LLC. This ownership extends to all updates, modifications, and improvements to the Platform.

    2. Intellectual Property Rights: FaithMesh.io retains all intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

    3. 20. INDEMNIFICATION

Both parties agree to engage in sincere efforts to reach an amicable resolution within 30 calendar days from the date written notice is received.

Judicial Action: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, or the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

    4. No Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You hereby waive your right to participate in any class action or collective lawsuit against Boost Canvas LLC. This waiver is essential to these Terms.

22. DISPUTES AMONGST COMPANIES / EMPLOYERS / RECRUITERS AND CANDIDATES

    1. FaithMesh.io’s Role: FaithMesh.io acts solely as a facilitator, providing a platform for employers to post job listings and candidates to access those listings. FaithMesh.io does not mediate, monitor, or participate in any interactions or disputes between employers, recruiters, and candidates.

    2. Responsibility for Verifying Information: Candidates and employers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of the information exchanged during their interactions. FaithMesh.io does not guarantee the validity of job listings or the credentials of candidates.

    3. Independent Resolution of Disputes: Employers, recruiters, and candidates are encouraged to resolve any disputes independently. FaithMesh.io is not liable for any disagreements, miscommunications, or claims arising between these parties.

    4. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes: FaithMesh.io does not guarantee that candidates will secure employment or that employers will find suitable candidates. Both parties engage in these interactions at their own risk.

    5. Inappropriate Conduct or Violations: If a candidate or employer engages in behaviour that violates FaithMesh.io’s Terms of Service, such as harassment, fraud, or discrimination, the affected party may report the issue to FaithMesh.io at success@faithmesh.io. FaithMesh.io reserves the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension or removal, at its sole discretion.

    6. No Liability for Losses or Damages: FaithMesh.io is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes resulting from interactions or agreements between employers and candidates, including issues related to job offers, payments, or working conditions.

    When you use the website or send emails to FaithMesh.io, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive physically or electronically any communications related to your use of this website. FaithMesh.io will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. In cases of breach, you may be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by FaithMesh.io, including legal fees and associated expenses. FaithMesh.io’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms in a specific instance does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

    9. Force Majeure: Boost Canvas LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services on the Platform due to events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, acts of government or regulatory authorities, cyberattacks or significant technical failures, disruptions to internet or telecommunications services, or other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the normal operation of the Platform. During such events, Boost Canvas LLC will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible; however, users acknowledge that certain delays or disruptions may be unavoidable.
