Treat Everyone with Respect: This is a shared space where employers, candidates, and community members come together. Always treat others respectfully and professionally. Avoid using offensive or harmful language.
Use the Platform the Right Way: FaithMesh.io is designed to help connect people and provide resources. Use it for its intended purpose - posting jobs, participating in discussions, and verifying identities - not for anything unrelated.
Keep Your Account Secure: Protect your login information and don’t share your password. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away so we can help.
Post Content Thoughtfully: Make sure anything you share on the Platform, whether it’s a comment, a job listing, or a photo, follows the rules in our Content Guidelines.
Report Issues: If you see something that doesn’t seem right - whether it’s offensive content or behaviour that violates this policy - let us know by emailing success@faithmesh.io.
Respect Ownership: If you’re posting content like photos or job descriptions, make sure you own the rights or have permission to use them. Don’t use anything that belongs to someone else without their approval.
Act in Good Faith: FaithMesh.io is meant to be a positive and constructive space. Use it with the intent to build a helpful and safe community.
Handle Data Responsibly: If you interact with personal information, whether it’s a candidate’s or employer’s, make sure you’re using it responsibly and only as allowed by the law and our terms.
THINGS YOU MUST NOT DO:
Break the Law: Don’t use FaithMesh.io for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or violating employment and privacy laws.
Post False or Misleading Information: Avoid sharing inaccurate or deceptive information in job listings, your profile, or anywhere on the Platform. Misrepresentation can harm others and undermine trust.
Engage in Discrimination or Harassment: FaithMesh.io is an inclusive space. Don’t engage in discriminatory behaviour based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Misuse Job Listings: Don’t post irrelevant, inappropriate, or fraudulent job listings. Listings should be genuine opportunities, and employers must engage with candidates professionally.
Spam or Overpost: Don’t flood the Platform with duplicate content, spam messages, or excessive postings. This behaviour disrupts the experience for others.
Violate Intellectual Property Rights: Don’t use or share content that you don’t have the right to use, including copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary information of others.
Share Harmful Content: Avoid posting anything that could be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate, such as hate speech, explicit material, or malicious links.
Compromise Platform Security: Don’t attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
Abuse Personal Data: Don’t misuse or improperly collect personal information from other users, such as using candidate or employer data for purposes unrelated to hiring or recruitment.
Impersonate Others: Don’t create accounts to impersonate someone else or falsely represent your identity or affiliation.
Exploit Platform Features: Don’t misuse features like verification or payment processing for purposes other than what they are intended for.
Avoid Payment Obligations: Don’t attempt to bypass payment processes or avoid paying applicable fees for services offered on FaithMesh.io.
Use Automated Tools Without Permission: Don’t use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect data or interact with the Platform without explicit authorization.
CONTENT GUIDELINES
Be Respectful: Ensure that all content you post, including comments, job listings, and forum contributions, reflects respect for others. Avoid using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language.
Stay Relevant: Post content that is appropriate for the purpose of the Platform. For example, job listings should focus on legitimate opportunities, and forum discussions should remain relevant to the topic being discussed.
No Harmful Content: Do not post content that is harmful, including hate speech, threats, explicit material, or anything that promotes violence, illegal activities, or self-harm.
Use Original or Authorized Content: Share only content that you have created or have the rights to use. Do not upload or distribute copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary information without proper authorization.
Avoid Misleading Information: All content, including job listings, profiles, and posts, must be truthful and accurate. Avoid exaggerating or making false claims that could mislead other users.
No Advertising or Self-Promotion: FaithMesh.io is not a platform for unrelated advertising or unsolicited promotions. Focus on contributing value through appropriate and relevant content.
Protect Privacy: Do not post personal or sensitive information about yourself or others, such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details, unless required in a job listing or permitted by the Platform’s rules.
Comply with Laws and Policies: All content must adhere to applicable laws and regulations, as well as FaithMesh.io’s Acceptable Use Policy, Employer Terms, and Terms of Service.
No Malware or Malicious Links: Avoid posting links or files that may contain viruses, malware, or phishing schemes. Content that compromises user security is strictly prohibited.
REPORTING VIOLATIONS
FaithMesh.io encourages users to help maintain a safe and respectful environment by promptly reporting any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. If you come across inappropriate content, suspicious activity, or behaviour that breaches these rules, you can report it to our team for investigation.
How to Report Violations: If you wish to report a violation, please send an email to success@faithmesh.io with the following details:
A description of the violation or issue, including relevant details such as date, time, and location on the Platform (e.g., job listing, forum post, or user profile).
Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, links, or messages, to help us understand and address the issue.
Your contact information, so we can follow up if additional clarification is required.
What Happens After You Report: Our team will review the reported violation promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies. Actions may include issuing warnings, removing content, temporarily or permanently suspending accounts, or escalating the matter to law enforcement if necessary.
False or Malicious Reports: Submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of this policy. FaithMesh.io may take action against users who misuse the reporting system, including account suspension or termination.
CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS:
Depending on the type of violation, FaithMesh.io may take any one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion:
Warnings: For minor or first-time violations of the platform's guidelines, users may receive a warning.
Content Removal: FaithMesh.io may remove any content that violates its policies, including inappropriate, offensive, or infringing material, without prior notice. Content removal may occur alongside other corrective actions to ensure compliance with this policy.
Temporary Suspension: In cases of repeated or significant violations, FaithMesh.io may temporarily suspend your account. During this period, you will not be able to access the platform, and any event activities may be paused until the issue is resolved. Temporary suspensions aim to address non-compliance and provide a chance for users to correct their conduct.
Permanent Account Ban: For severe or repeated violations that significantly impact the platform or other users, FaithMesh.io reserves the right to terminate your account permanently. This includes violations involving illegal activity, serious breaches of data privacy, or deliberate misuse of platform features. If your account is terminated, all access to FaithMesh.io and its services will be revoked.
Reporting to Authorities: Where required by law or in cases involving unlawful activities, FaithMesh.io may report the violation and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as needed.
