DMCA Notice For Copyright Claims

At FaithMesh.io, we are committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. As a platform that values originality and respect for legal standards, we adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. Our policy is designed to address and resolve claims of copyright infringement on our website, https://www.faithmesh.io/ (the "Site").

If you believe your copyrighted material has been improperly used or posted on FaithMesh.io without authorization, you may submit a notice to our designated Copyright Agent. We will review your claim promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the infringing content, as required under the DMCA.

Please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Designated Agent (the “DMCA Agent”) for DMCA Notices:

    • Name: Thaddeus Sieverding

    • Email: success@faithmesh.io

    • Postal: 6 Main Street, #161, Newfields, NH 03856

  2. Filing a DMCA Notice:

    Specific requirements for proper notification of claimed infringement are set forth in the DMCA (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Valid notification must be a written communication that includes all of the following elements:

    • Signature of copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner;

    • Identification of copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;

    • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material;

    • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party (address, phone number and, if available, email address);

    • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

    • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly being infringed.

      There are substantial penalties for false claims (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) - providing sanctions for material misrepresentations of copyright infringement).

  3. Counter-Notification: If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include your contact information and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court and consent to the service of process on you.

  4. Resolution of Claims: FaithMesh.io will respond to valid DMCA notifications and counter-notifications as required by the DMCA. In the event of copyright disputes, users may be directed to resolve such matters directly with the involved parties.

  5. Repeat Infringer Policy:

    Pursuant to Section 512 of the DMCA, it is our policy to terminate the account of any repeat copyright infringer in appropriate circumstances.

  6. False Claim:

    You could be liable for the punishment for perjury or such other legal recourse if you make false claim alleging copyright infringement.
